Choquequirao Trek 4 Days
Day 1: Cusco – Capuliyoc – Santa Rosa
Depart Cusco early and drive to Capuliyoc. Begin a scenic 4-hour descent into the Apurimac Canyon, stopping for lunch at Chikiska. Continue 2 more hours to camp at Santa Rosa.

Day 2: Santa Rosa – Marampata – Choquequirao
Hike uphill for 4 hours to Marampata, passing local sugar cane farms. After lunch, continue 2 hours to the Choquequirao archaeological site. Camp nearby with views of the Andes.

Day 3: Marampata – Chikiska
Enjoy a stunning sunrise before trekking back down to Santa Rosa. After lunch, hike down and then up to reach the campsite at Chikiska.

Day 4: Chikiska – Saywite – Cusco
Climb back to Capuliyoc, then celebrate with a traditional Pachamanca lunch. Visit the Saywite archaeological site before returning to Cusco.
